Mosque land can’t be sold or gifted: Babri Masjid will remain a mosque till eternity and Muslims can never exchange land for the masjid, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB)
Social Reform Committee
The board has also decided to establish social welfare committees in all states and districts of the country. The board would first begin the implementation of such centres from Bhopal
The Darul Qaza operates under the aegis of All India Muslim Personal Law Board. There are around 16 such centres across the State which receive hundreds of cases every year.
